Our Precincts

The Ockham Collective provides its residents with three purpose-built, professional facilities to teach, rehearse and guide in.

The Hypatia Precinct, a 90m² space in Grafton, is equipped to offer group sessions, classes and rehearsals and is adjacent to Ockham Residential’s offices. Tuatahi Precinct, a 60m² space in Mt Albert, is fitted out for individual and small group music instruction. Modal Precinct, another 60m² space also in Mt Albert, suits medium sized group sessions, rehearsals and workshops.
