Critically acclaimed Māori artist TEEKS (Te Karehana Gardiner-Toi) invites fans across New Zealand to ‘The Invitation Tour’, his debut headlining tour and a special, up-close and personally curated concert experience. Winding through New Zealand’s heartland, TEEKS will perform accompanied by the acclaimed Black Quartet (featuring OC resident Joe Harrop) and Nick Dow on piano, in five historic venues. Playing with the natural reverberation and ambience of the venues, ‘The Invitation Tour’ has been carefully curated to bring hometown audiences into TEEKS’ space.
