April Calendar

Two of our OC whanau will be taking to the stage in Hotel Sol at Covert Theatre on Thursday 18 April as part of the Auckland Improv Festival: Matías Avaca and Daniel Fernandez. Set in a luxurious resort “where the magic of the Mediterranean beachfront meets the fiery drama of a telenovela”, we're promised a world of love, betrayal, mystery and uproarious humour.

After a sold-out workshop at the Aotearoa NZ Festival of the Arts, Amy Mansfield and collaborator Rachel Davies are bringing their playfully named WRITE CLUB to The Nix on 26 and 27 April. In this workshop, held across a Friday evening and Saturday, they guide writers at all stages of their development through fun, cutting-edge creative practices designed to get them into the flow and going deep.
