Tuesday Irish Sessions - The Nix
Both musicians and listeners are welcome at the fortnightly Irish sessions hosted by Louise Evans at the Nix. We're lucky enough to have three scheduled this month: on the 3rd, 17th and 31st. Start time is 7:30pm; BYO drinks and snacks.

As part of the celebrations for the International Day of Older Persons, Tim Heath will be hosting a poetry reading, open mic and morning tea at the library from 10am to midday.
Born to Create: Judgment & Vulnerability panel discussion - The Nix
Hosted by Ellie Lim, this evening features a panel of female creatives including Julia Ewer, Sara Moana and Vira Paky.

Springtime Serenade: An Afternoon of Jazz with Ben Fernandez and friends
- The Puriri Centre, Takapuna Methodist Church
Starting at 3pm, this fundraising concert features some of Auckland's best jazz musicians.
